This competition is conducted by Red & Grey Realty Pty Ltd, ABN 17 667 86 1912, 4/23 Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba QLD 4558 (“Promoter”).

1. Eligibility
   1. Open to children aged 2 – 12 years in three categories: 2 – 4, 5 – 7, and 8 – 12. Employees of Red & Grey Realty and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   2. Only one entry per child.
   3. To enter, Parents/Guardians must submit a completed colouring page (supplied by the Promoter) along with a signed Entry and Consent Form by the closing date.
2. Entry Process
   1. The competition commences on the 1^st of October 2025 and closes on the 31^st of October 2025 at 3:00pm, or earlier if otherwise advised by the Promoter.
   2. Entries may be delivered in person to the Red & Grey Realty office or emailed as scanned copies (colouring page + signed consent form).
   3. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. Judging & Winners
   1. Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by Red & Grey Realty.
   2. Judging will be based on creativity, use of colour, and age-appropriate effort.
   3. Winners will be announced on the 5^th of November 2025 at 10:00am via Red & Grey Realty’s social media platforms. Winners will also be contacted directly via the Parent/Guardian’s email and phone details provided on the Entry and Consent Form.
   4. Prize presentation will take place on the 6^th of November 2025 at Red and Grey Realty’s office.
4. Prizes
   1. Prizes will be awarded to one winner in each age category.
   2. All prizes must be collected in person from Red & Grey Realty’s office on the 6^th of November 2025 between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Prizes may only be collected within this time frame and prizes not collected within this period will be forfeited.
   3. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
5. Consent & Privacy
   1. By submitting an entry, Parents/Guardians consent to their child’s artwork being displayed in the Red & Grey Realty office and/or on social media.
   2. For winning entries, Parents/Guardians also consent to their child’s photo being taken and published on Red & Grey Realty’s social media.
   3. The Promoter guarantees that all personal information collected will be used solely for administrating this competition and, where consent has been given, for sending marketing communications. Parents/Guardians may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
6. General
   1. This is a free community event organised by Red & Grey Realty.
   2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify entrants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, and cancel or amend the competition if circumstances beyond it’s control occur. Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participation or use of a prize.
7. Artwork Sources:
   1. The colouring pages used in this competition have been sourced from Homemade Gifts Made Easy (homemade-gifts-made-easy.com), a website that supplies free downloadable printable colouring pages.
   2. These colouring pages are provided for non-commercial, personal, and community use. The Promoter confirms that participation in this competition is free of charge and that no commercial gain is derived from the use of these colouring pages.
   3. All rights in the original colouring page designs remain the property of Homemade Gifts Made Easy.
8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Queensland Courts.
